The first edition of the Chef World Summit will take place in Monaco on the 27th, 28th and 29th of November. This is a meeting of haute cuisine professionals which will cover the subjects of innovation, trends and, of course, cuisine.
During the summit there will be workshops, exhibitions and spaces for networking. The programme includes 10 different lines:
- Chefs’ progression
- How to manage the new technology
- World gastronomy
- The cuisine of tomorrow
- Preserving roots and cultivating proximity
- The sustainability of success
- Gastronomy, pleasure and well-being
- Relationships inside restaurants
- Culinary techniques (specifically, those of vacuum and low temperature cooking will be discussed)
Also, during the congress the names of the 2017 list of chefs compiled by the specialised magazine “Le Chef” will be announced. Some of the names on the international Chef World Summit committee are as follows: Yannick Alléno, Michel Bras, Jérôme de Oliveira and Dani García, amongst others. The international committee will debate and exchange opinions and knowledge to thoroughly study the new trends.
At the Chef World Summit more than 150 brands, more than 1000 chefs and CHR (Café, Hotel and Restaurant) professionals will be present in a space of 5500m2 where more than 50 culinary destinations will be represented. This congress is designed to receive chefs, pastry chefs, restaurant owners, sommeliers, head waiters, sous chefs, chocolatiers and teachers and students from cooking and catering schools. The conferences will have simultaneous translation into English, French and Spanish. In addition to being considered a meeting point and global link for culinary art.
