Restaurant of the Le Clos Des Sens hotel (Annecy-le-Vieux)

This restaurant belonging to Laurent Petit offers cuisine that pays homage to the region with refined, mild, subtle, sophisticated gastronomy. It is a play on the emotions, always from an eco-sustainable perspective.

Mirazur (Menton)

Mirazur’s location couldn’t be more idyllic: sea, mountains and nature. Its chef, Italian Argentine Mauro Colagreco, offers cuisine with its very own style. His dishes are pictorial and he plays around creating interesting associations it’s impossible to be indifferent to.

Five new restaurants with 2 Michelin stars

La Maison D’À Côté (Montlivault)

Chef Christophe Hay, despite having travelled a lot, still has a close connection with his region (Vendôme), which is why a lot of the products he works with are from Loir-et-Cher. Two of his flagship dishes are his marinated mullet with poppies and his Dominique Fabre goat’s cheese mousse with fir tree honey.

Restaurant La Scène (París)

Chef Stéphanie le Quellec offers diners exceptional contemporary cuisine in a carefully designed setting. Her food is full of surprises and allows diners to enjoy the authentic art of tasting.
